ionator EXP™ LIMITED WARRANTY

What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the Activeion ionator EXP™ (“Product”), subject to the exceptions stated below.

How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty begins on the date of purchase and ends two years from the date of purchase.

What Activeion Will Do
Activeion will repair or replace the defective Product at Activeion’s expense.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover any malfunction caused by abuse, misuse or improper care (including malfunctions caused by freezing or heating the Product), by disassembling the Product, or by failure to follow the printed instructions included in the Product package. The Product should only be filled with tap water; this warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by filling the sprayer with any other liquid, including any cleaner fluid. Warranties implied by state law are limited in duration to two years from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

How To Get Service
Return the defective Product, the original packaging and proof of purchase to the place of purchase for replacement. If the original seller is unable to assist you, contact Activeion at:
